No text book teaches boys to respect women. No school, however progressive, teaches them their boundaries. What I learnt recently shocked me, and opened my eyes to the truth that has always stared us in our face. The beasts are created by us, not the lack of education, not the class they grow up in. It is us, the parents, who need to step outside academics to ensure that we raise good men.
